Eileen + Josh

Loring-Greenough House

Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts

I loved how authentic Eileen and Josh’s wedding was – it was clear that by the time they reached out for a month of coordinator for their Boston wedding, they had established a vision, created a list of DIY projects to tackle and had most of their major vendors booked. Eileen and Josh injected their personality into their Loring-Greenough House wedding in Jamaica Plain through many DIY projects, including signage, a photo booth, hiring the Chicken & Rice Guys food truck as their caterer – Eileen even did the floral arrangements herself! We also loved that Eileen and Josh opted for yard games during the cocktail hour and reception for guests who needed a break from tearing up the dance floor.

Eileen and Josh share a passion for travel, and it served as an overarching theme throughout the wedding planning: from the invitations which documented the various places they’d travel to during their relationship to the compasses on their wedding programs and the table names at the reception.

Atent for Rent Inc. set the stage with the rentals. On hand to document the day was Morgan O’Neil Photography and Dean Fisher Videography. Oakleaf Cakes Bake Shop provided a stunning blue ombré rosette cake for the couple to cut, and the most delicious arrangement of cupcakes for guests to enjoy as they danced and celebrated the newlyweds.
