This is perfect for couples with a vision (or maybe just a Pinterest board and a vibe), but you don't want to spend evenings buried in spreadsheets and vendor emails. With full planning, we guide you through it all: from designing a wedding that feels undeniably "you" to sourcing dream wedding vendors, managing the budget and making sure every last petal (and disco ball!) is in place.
We worked with Contagious events from start to finish and we are so glad we did! Joe and Gail had an answer for everything from attire to etiquette. We went in with no clue about how to plan a wedding, and we felt like we were in safe hands the entire time. They are true professionals. Every vendor they connected us with was fantastic. The Contagious team's design sensibilities truly impressed me; Joe took my vague utterances about vibes and aesthetics and translated them into a jaw-dropping library wedding with lovely details like a card catalog for table cards and author portraits as table numbers. What really stood out was how Joe and Gail took care of us during the wedding day. They seamlessly coordinated the vendors, managed the run of show, answered a million questions from frazzled family members, and made last minute changes completely unruffled. My parents and I realized just before we walked out that we couldn’t all three fit in the aisle together, and Joe was so calm about changing up the walk order that it helped us all calm down as well. Weddings will be stressful no matter what, but having Joe and Gail in our corner made it possible to enjoy the process.

This package is great for couples who have booked their venue, caterer at the least, but feeling stuck on design and where to go from here. We'll help create a cohesive look and guest experience, refine the floor plan, and streamline communications so the planning process can feel fun again.

This package is designed for couples who loved planning the details, but know they don't want to spend the wedding day checking in deliveries or striking up the ban. We make sure everything runs smoothly in the background while you soak up every moment.
